hai

for microwave circuits valves are better. but now semiconductor devices have been modeled for this.
for mathematical evaluation refer :'microwave devices and circiuts' by liao

Valves are usually more linear and can go to higher powers. The klystron is one example.

valves are not at all good for high-frequency design in comparison to solid state devices in view of the large parasitic capacitors present between the various electrodes plates and all
