I have been trying to locate a UV exposure unit with a very limited budget. I came across this unit and was wondering what more experienced people might think of it.

So I guess I should apologize and clarify. This is not an advertisement or me trying to sell somebody something, I really just was wondering what people thought.

In terms of what I might be looking for in a unit, this is a good question. Unfortunately I do not really know. Perhaps a better explanation of how it will be used is helpful??? I am a teacher and I have recently started teaching computer engineering. Unfortunately I have inherited a program that seems to have been left to die. As a result I am trying to build things up so that I can both cover the curriculum and create projects that will appeal to students. I am trying to put together a complete circuit creation process and there will be two specific projects that students will have to complete; one of them being a digital dice project. Anyways, the exposure unit will only be used for a couple of days each semester, so I do not really need a top of the line machine. I have looked at the process of building my own but it is not as easy as it might appear at first. Upon searching I came across the above ad and my initial thought was this is too good to be true, which leads me to the forum.

Based on a relatively small amount of usage do people who know more than me think that the above unit might be a good purchase or should I be looking elsewhere?

I apologize for any confusion or for misrepresenting anything; it certainly is not my intent.

I would like to use it to make PCB's. I was planning on using the presensitized board and printed overhead sheets.
