sun shade control IC

hi,
I want to know if there is any IC particularly used for SUN shade control for rare window in cars.
The example for the same is shown on the link it is a video file.

do you mean an autonomous system with sun measurement and shade control?

NO,
if you visit the link and see the video, you will get the idea.

Sun shade control is a unit which will operate a sheet at the rare window of car. which will prevent the sun rays from entering inside the car.

I guess there no particular IC for this application unless someone custom designs it. Any microcontroller may be implimented to do the task. It all depend on ones requirement how to impliment the giiven Idea. Good luck
