Is there any design rule for practice? (Tech,Display,LVS...)

Hello..
I'm studying analog circuit and layout. (I'm a newbie..)
I'm going to use Virtuso for schemetic and Calibre for LVS,DRC,LPE
I have no design rule file for practice.(Tech,Display,LVS,DRC,LPE rule)
Is there any design rule for practice? (I need Tech,Display,LVS,DRC,LPE rule)
It doesn't matter even if it's not real one. I know that they are confidential.
However I believe there should be design rule for practice or demo.
Anybody know about practice rule(under 0.5um)?

Hi there..

Check this web site, it will give u list of the rules u needed

Click on the parameter that u wanted(ex: nwell ). Table of the lambda value is given plus a diagram for better understanding.
