Is there a difference between max_gain() and MAG in ADS?

As is known, max_gain() function of ADS is MAG(Maximum Available Gain = Maximum Transducer Gain).

But When I used max_gain() function and my own MAG function, I found there is a difference between max_gain() by ADS and MAG by myself.

I don't know why this difference exists.
