Is the SAE standard applicable for all EVs

In the above link, is this standard applicable for 2-wheeler EVs or 4-wheeler EVs?

It just mentions that the SAE J1772 is applicable for EVs in general. Doesn't mention 2-wheelers or 4-wheelers.

Also, the Control pilot signalling is for 4-wheeler automobiles alone?

SAE J1772 is predominantly used for 4-wheeler EVs. Although it can be applied to 2-wheelers, this is not common practice.
