Hi, Gurus,
I set a model in HFSS as the following picture. The port is set at the X direction terminal. For simple in HFSS, I always set symmetry along the Y-axis and set the H-plane.
Now I have to set symmetry along X-axis, is the symmetry plane still H-plane? Or E-plane?
Best,
Tony Liu

H-plane it will became E-plane.
When you change the symmetry axis, essentially you are changing the orientation of the antenna.
