this is 250 watts inverter that converter 12vdc to 240Vac. i wonder if it suitable for my load that is 10watts(ac pump). do i need to find lower than 250watts or higher?what effect to my load is it normal or not?

It should work fine.

The pump probably takes a little more than 10W to get it started so you do need an inverter rated at more than 10W although it doesn't need to be as big as 250W. You could probably manage with an inverer rated at say 50W but having a more powerful inverter just means you have power in reserve, even if you don't use it.

Brian.
