Hi,
We need to wind the secondary of an LLC transformer with (9 turns of) 3 strands of 7/0.3mm TEX-ELZ.
So we have to strip them and solder the three ends together, then solder that to a pin on the former.
Is this physically feasible?
TEX-ELZ triple insulated windings.
