Is Rate is ok for pcb manufactuiring in india

I have contact to a company of delhi for pcb manufacturing. Size of PCB is 5*5 inch. Company quoted me Rs. 19000/- for 125 pieces of pcb. Is it ok or not. I think it is very high rate (costly) , pcb can be manufacturing at just half of this amount. Can any body suggest me about it. Is there any other company in india which give me proper rate for PCB fabrication.

Insufficient details, for example you havn't mentioned double or single side, material, etc.
 

PCB is double sided, no extra material is used. They have give me the quotation like this :

Bare PCB 125 Nos. - Approx .Rs.19000.00
(Complete CNC Process with Bare Board Tested, ,2-3 weeks)

Can you help me........
