Matlab Vs hardware

Hi everyone,
I have some questions:

Matlab is able to drive a board connected to a PC via ISA bus?

If yes could you give me some information please?

How can I read a DLL? in fact it contains the functions of the board and I'm in need of this to understand the way it works!

Thanks a lot

Re: Matlab Vs hardware

MatLab can control a GPIB, DIO, and Serial ports/cards.
You can look up the "Instrument Control Toolbox" and
"Data Acquisition Toolbox"

Hope this helps.
