Is Lump Port Size the smaller the better

Hi All,

Can anyone advice for lump port. Is it the smaller lump port is better for a dipole antenna.

My antenna has 2.4mm radius and I used lump port as per below size,

X = 1mm and Y=0.02mm, is this good?

Please help.
