Is it possible to run Synopsys tools without the scl tools?

Is it possible to run syn@psys tools without the scl tools?
Anyone tried that?
 

maybe, if you l!c file is n0de_l0ck without d@emon.
try to indicate l!c file for 'lm_l!cense_file'(or environment as you know) directly, don't use server with port number.

That's right!!!

It can use without SCL !!
 

I think when the project is too large it is difficult without the SCL. SCL can improve the efficiency of your work.
