Is it possible to get(download) the lef(tech and cell) and the .lib files online ??

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if the lef files and the lib files are available for download online. Even if it's of a higher nodes(120 or 180 nm). Kindly let me know at the earliest. Thanks.
