is internal hysteresis comparator better than external hysteresis comparator ?
i think external hysteresis comparator has a simpler topology with just adding two resisters. is internal hysteresis comparator has a better performance ?

One best thing is that you are getting it with a lesser transistor count and the other thing is that there are no resistors. So, the choice is yours.

External would be advisable if u have flexibility of off chip resistsnce. You can always adjust it to your specifications. Finally it is ratios of resistors, things boil down to or W/L ratio of transistors.
Area, Power look at thoes factor
