thank you very much, but there isnt a particular circuit in it, could you tell me how can i get a more particular circuit, i want to design a bor circuit.

If you would like to design it by yourself, here is an example of a BOR IC:
MN13811 from Panasonic
(data sheet: https://www.alldatasheet.net/datasheet-pdf/pdf/PANASONIC/MN13811.html )
There you will find info on this IC, including its block digram, which can be helpful in your design ..

thank you very much! but i found that all the circuit are using comparator, dose por must use comparator? is there any other circuit that dont use comparator, just some inverters(for example)? thanks
