Is accurate Bipolar Model important for DC op point simulat

When simulate a analog design , for example ,a op-amp , to get op point
,whether it is must to have accurate model .
If so ,where can I get one model
 

it depond on the structtre of the circuit.
you can get the model from text book or from the foundry.
