irams10up60a current

maybe, Anybody know how many currents are used in IC irams10up60a .
I make buck converter 300 V to 15V. and I can not find irams10up60a current :(

I tried calculator:
P=20 W and need U=15 V.
P=UI
I=P/U=20/15=1,3 A.

but I think it is a many.
