Thanks a lot everyone to give me suggestion which helped me a lot to make it work. :grin:
I re-make the circuit in project board with H bridge configuration. Again It burned one driver. Then I found that I connected Vs wrongly. Vs connection was mistakenly interchanged. After correction, again one driver burned. Then I found that one of the 4 MOSFET was faulty. After changing this MOSFET it started working without hitting up any component. I used a 1k ohm resistor as a load. Waveform with 5kHz PWM seems okay but it becomes worse with more than 20kHz PWM.
