[SOLVED] ir2110 in inverter circuit

Hello everyone I have been reading your post and I think this is the most informative post so far. I have a problem. I am trying to build a sinewave inverter for my house but I cant get it to start . When I connect poweer nothing happens the output does not start. I am wondering if the connections on the ir2110 are correct. could someone please check this circuit I have uploaded for me . thank you for your support I await your urgent reply.

By data sheet specification, your supply voltage for the IR2110 is below undervoltage lockout threshold. In so far your results are expectable.

There is no need for a bootstrapped driver for full wave center tapped transformer inverter.

Just use two low side drivers. Make sure you have enough drive capability for the effective input capacitance of the IGBT's at the frequency you are switching them at.

Full wave center tapped transformer inverter is subject to field imbalance due to slight switching time variations between the two IGBT. This causes a DC bias field to build up in transformer putting it closer to core saturation. Result is one of the IGBT blows out. Some small emitter current sense resistance with current sensed feedback to switcher control is used to mitigate this.

That's right of course. But you can use them, if you possibly have it in your drawer. You could however use standard inv/ninv low-side driver TC428 and safe the inverter stage and unwanted delays intriduced by it.

I didn't check both schematics side-by-side, but I see that you corrected the VR3 connection. You however didn't resolve the problem of too low IR2110 supply voltage. You need to increase it to above 9 V.

Besides of the discussed problem of too low IR2110 supply voltage, I wonder if the implemented feedback scheme can achieve stable operation. Is your circuit based on a known working prototype?
