Very simple...
use a photo transistor to receive IR sensor O/P and connect the O/P LED at the collector of photo transistor...

You can make this. But you want an separate led to respond to ir or not..??

I am using separate LEd and I don't want to use transistor I am not going to build its just idea

then you can use a switching circuit and make LED to connect with it... Incase if IR sensor is ON, provide high pulse(5v) to LED and to make it glow &vice versa..
