IR receiver to op amp Voltage amplifier problem

how to amplifier IR receiver voltage output using LM324 op-amp.?? I using with potential meter it work.. the output can be amplifly but when using voltage from IR receiver as input, the output always maximum... HELP urgently.. :-D
 

Post a schematic!!!!! Tell us what you are using for a receiver!!!!
