inverter with capacitive load

i need a closed loop, low power, stable output voltage inverter to drive a capacitive load.
requirements
input voltage=400Vdc
output voltage(load voltage)=265Vac (pure sinwave)
output power=25W
load characteristic= capacitive.

can you suggest me topology and a internet source to learn all details about it
