dtft

if we take inverse dtft of a continuous signal why the out is discret?
plz explain in detail?
plz give relevant answer

dtft

from its name Discrete time fourier transform, so it do fourier transform for discrete time and if u did the inverse sure you will get the discrete time signal

buddy u've repeated this question again n again, plz tell some thing more tht wht is so much confusing for u to see this???????????

Re: dtft

DTFT is applied on discrete signals, when you take the DTFT of a discrete signal it will provide a continuous spectrum (magnitude and phase spectrum with respect to ω). The inverse DTFT which is applied for continuous spectrum will give a discrete signal.
