internet modem problem

i am currently using internet modem (STC). but the problem now is that i could not install the software of the modem, the driver would not pop-up. SUpposedly the installer would pop-up when i inserted the modem on my laptop then install it and use.
Could somebody provide me a driver for this modem?
Thanks a lot.
