Hi all.

I am developing a code in VHDL. For testing purpose i need to set a communication between PC and my spartran3 board through USB.
I dont want to use the RS232 or USB ports available on my FPGA board. On the FPGA side the communication should take place through
I/O pins.
So the complete scenerio is this-

I/O pin on FPGA board <-------------> USB port on PC

Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks!

there are some usb cores available at opencore have u tried that?

spartan provides a cable named as JTAG connector, in which one end is usb and another end is JTAG, so you can use this
