I hav to interface EEPROM with microcontroller........can somebody help me by providing code for this.....
 

I am using 24c16 EEPROM and NXP 89V51RD2 micro........
 

for interfacing 24c16 with controller P89V51RD2 then you will need to use I2C protocol but this controller don't have inbuilt this protocol.
so, you will need to design your own software I2C protocol.
after refering datasheet of EEPROM then on base of timing diagram you can do it.
