adc for load cell

Hello all, I want to make a personel weighing scale. I can use & work on 8051 very well. Which ADC should i use? & How to give the load cell o/p(mv) to ADC.
Plz help with circuit diagram.
 

load cell adc

You can use just about any AD, since this is a pretty slow system. You'll need a bridge amplifier for the load cell, though.

Hello Barry! Thanks for reply. I am confused as in my system I want to use 4 Load cells & I dont know how to tackle with this 4 mv sources. Also I am planning to use ADC IC-3208.
Plz help me further with circuit diagram.
