Interface between PC and RFM chip

Hi!
Help me pls to make a scheme of interface between PC (RS-232) and RFM Tranceiver TR3000. Can I use max202 for transformations RS232 signals to TTL and then use 74LVC4245A for convert TTL to CMOS(3.3V)? How switch receive or transmit mode on TR3000 from PC signal?
