Hello,i need to learn about a resonator which is basicly a shorted coaxial cable with a cavity with a disk inside the cavity.
what is the name of such resonator so i could search of this type and see how it works?
Thanks.

Cavity, coaxial or waveguide resonator. For instance: A Novel Terahertz Frequency Measurement Method Based on the Fabry–Pérot Resonator - figure 2.
There is an example of an AWR oscillator using a coaxial resonator.
You should cast an eye on Ferran Martin's resonator books.

Hello Yigit, in the article they only go to general structure no actual intuition.
