Hello again,

I will try to be more specific. Anyone could share a dll or source code of a intel hex editor that open an intel hex file and shows in a view.

why do you not use UltraEdit?
 

I would like the intel .hex reader library or activeX or source code to build a visual c++ program that open a .hex file and do the bootloading to my PIC via Canbus. I would thank any link.

You can download one of the bootloaders for Atmel AVR here:

These include some routines for reading intel Hex files. It's a good start.
Please look at the intel hex-file specification for extentions!(**broken link removed** is an example)
