Hello

Guys, I need suggestions for a reliable, internal brown out detector, that I can do with the few spare elements I have in an ASIC. The schematic with one pMOS or PNP and resistor divider it is OK, but I need something that gets less current or even zero in normal operation mode.
Any suggestion is more than welcome because I'm really running out of time. I could imagine various circuits but still need your help...
One thing to mention is that I don't really need accuracy (+/- 1.5V is totally fine)

Thank you

Does the ASIC already have a POR (power-on reset)
block? If so then many of its resources might be free
for you to use in the added requirement. Like some
sort of reference and crude comparator, maybe you
just duplicate the comparator and get the other bits
for free, etc.

What voltages do you consider "brown" and "green"?

brown is whatever below 5v and green is above.
Thanks
