I have two harddisk and I want to install Linux on both so that I will be able to boot both linux from the grub boot loader or by changing the boot sequence in the BIOS.
Please help me.

Just setup two linux on different discs and then change your grub config file (add new field)!

Antique as it may seem, one can use boot from a floppy, that will allow you to boot to a non-bootable partition [ for various reasons]. In my experience Redhat and Slackware allows you through their setups to create such disks.

If you want to go on changing the bios this also works by running install/setup with the right configuration as set in bios. IF you want to keep changing the bios boot option it can be done, however it can become confusing after a while.
