Hi all,

I have the trouble about installing the synopsys SYN2003. I am followed as below:
1. tar -xvf common.tar
2. tar -xvf linux.tar
3. ./install.now
then it tell me can't not find the "README.SYN", "README.FS3", and "README.FS4", but I found the "README.syn", "README.fs3", and "README.fs4" in the current folder. So I change these three files name to "README.SYN", "README.FS3", and "README.FS4" by manually. Redo the ./install.now, and it can find the three files. Is it proper to do this?
When the install continues, here comes a warning: can not find the platform independent package for this software....
I choose " continue install "
And the error is coming when the install.now ask me to select a platform. Whatever I type, it always tell me that's an invaild platform. Then the install program can not go on.

Who can tell me how to solve the install issue? Thanks very much!!

Best Regards,
