Insert the S-Function block into the Simulink

hi

how can i design a simulink block that take some data and send it using a udp protocol to another application ,my block should receive 3 vectors of inputs and send them

are there any help tutorials about this topic

i tried in using s-function block,the problem is that after making the dll file i donnot know where to put it or how to link with the Block of simulink

i wish that someone can help on that
