Input protection for RF components

Some RF components like as LNA and mixers and crystal filters have MAX ratings at -10dBm~+10dBm,so if exess power applied to it ,that component will be damaged,How to protect this components ?(for under 3GHZ)
 

You can connect 2 fast switching/low capacitance diodes in parallel, in both senses at the input.
 

such diodes like as BAV99(1.2pf) work at 0~+10 dBm, what about -10dBm limit and protection?

Is there diodes with lower Cap than BAV99?
