innoveda eproduct designer

Hi all:
PC with Win2K OS using Innoveda eProduct Designer
Add Library directory which is in other PC at Network
Error Message :
[E] e029_vsm - Unable to add library \\Loutom\circuit to search order
Does any one kind to tell me how to fixed it up
