Dear NG,
I changed the black Printhead of my Inkjet 2200. The new one was unused, but the expiry-date was about 1 month earlier. The Printer now doesn't print black. The HP-hotline told me the problem is the expiry-date, even if the printhead was new.
How can i get the new printhead working?
