infrared remote sender

hi,

I'm trying to build infrared transmiter so i can send infrared commands to my tv using my computer .

I saw some projects like: LIRC,WINLIRC.

dows anyone know project using Visual Basic

see the ir protocol that including in the datasheets
and the carier frequncy
so
you can generate or detect the signal of IR using visual basic
if u cant tell me and i will write this code for u
