inductor design in CMOSP35 technology?

Hi, all
I am trying to design the inductor in my LCVCO using CMOSP35 technology. I learned that ASITIC is a good tool.But I don't know how
to figure the technology file. Anydody could help me?

you can consult the sample1.tek file in you ASITIC install path.
The tech file format is simple.
