a cascaded spiral resonator structure is supposed to perturbate the design and it will replace LC circuit can anybody help me about perturbation and its coupling with meander line ?

 

Let's clarify first what "perturbate" represents in your vision. It is something good, or something bad?
 

good because it reduces size. just tell how to add effect of ring in my antenna so it can become dualband
