Hi all,
I've known about the concept of AOCV and POCV.
But there is still one thing I don't understand, that is the incremental delay calculation in POCV.
In the document, it says incr = mean +/- K*(sigma of cell)^2/(sigma of slack).
Typically, K is 3 since 3 sigma covers 99.7% of distribution.
But what is the relationship between sigma of slack and sigma of cell?
Is sigma of slack the difference of sigma of cell on launch path and capture path?
If so, what is the meaning of this calculation?
