Increasing bandwidth of Tektronix DPO3000 series scopes

The bandwidth of Tek DPO3000 scopes is determined by just the internal scope software. The bandwidth of lower frequency scopes can be set with one of those tiny expensive Tek application modules. Its all described on page 13 of the Tektronix DPO3000 user manual. Does anybody make clones of these modules?
