I am designing a 2 stage differential cascode opamp with 2 outputs
The circuit and gain are attached

How can I increase the bandwith of the circuit or operate at higher frequencies

Thanks

hello,
You should know that we always Gain Bandwidth Product is constant, if you increase the gain will decrease the bandwidth and vice versa. Use a simple cascode amplifier or increase the output current. The bandwidth is proportional to Iout.

Hi
I can not see how large is your bandwidth. I have designed fully diff 2 stages op amp 1.8v has 500Mhz bandwidth. 61db gain and 64 degree phase margin. I use standard 2 stage op amp (no cascade). I think you can improve your bandwidth from 800Mhz to 1ghz

Can you show us the design of this circuit?

As slamnas said the relation between the gain and the bandwidth is Inverse proportion, and i saw it when i designed 2 stage op amp with cmos.
