inconsistency between datasheet and s2p file

Hi,
I have uploaded datasheet and s2p file related to a power amplifier. in datasheet, it is mentioned IDQ2=150mA, repetitively. BUT, in s2p file, it is mentioned IDQ2=800mA, ONLY one time. I supposed that IDQ2=800mA is written in s2p file as a mistake. but surprisingly, using simulation on large signal model, I get into the result that IDQ2=800mA is the correct one and IDQ2=150mA is not correct. I did not expected that. what do you think?
