Dear all,

How do using Matlab to read output result of HSPICE simulator?
Is FFT form or output voltage in every time variation files?

Thanks a lot.

i don't know there is really any option or not which can extact ur waveform into a text form or any other form. because i am also trying it with cadence simulator( cadence also uses spice to generate the netlist).
But u can get the value manually and put the value in matlab to get the SNR of ADC.

Dear all,
My question is how do I simulation SFDR about DAC?
Thanks.If you know,please say detail.

Dear surajit,

My output data is text form.
example:
2.115e-05 3.300
2.148e-05 3.300
2.180e-05 9.65e-06
2.213e-05 3.300
2.245e-05 3.300
2.278e-05 -2.70e-05
2.310e-05 3.300
2.343e-05 1.51e-05
2.376e-05 3.300
2.408e-05 3.300
2.441e-05 5.42e-05
2.473e-05 3.300
2.506e-05 -1.60e-05
2.538e-05 3.300
2.571e-05 -8.41e-06
2.603e-05 3.300
2.636e-05 3.300

So, Can use thest output text data to take as input in MatLab simulation?

Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot.

I think that your ADC is front of a DAC.
Then your output is analog signal.
Use this aalog signal to do FFT.
