Hi,
I would like to know how to import an IGBT (IXYH20N120C3D1) into Proteus ISIS. All the examples for importing parts into Proteus which I have found on the Web, relate to either NPNs, PNPs, Mosfets or ICs. The best idea I have at the moment is to treat the IGBT which I wish to import, as a 3 pin IC. There are already a number of IGBTs in the ISIS library, but there is no generic IGBT type which can be modified with the PSpice file of the part which I want to import. Is there a way of directly importing IGBTs into Proteus ISIS ? Many thanks!
