Important help (MATLAB Algorithm into Hardware)

I have done a MATLAB code for Voice Recognition Algorithm, It's about 200 lines of calculations and memry accessing.
I want to convert this project into hardware project that works in real-time.
The problem is that the code has a lot of complex calculations and frequency domain analysis.

What's the best I can use implementing this code to H/W,
FPGA, a spesific afvanced microController, a spesific kit...?

1)for the complex calculations you can use cordic algorithm which you can download on opencores.com
2)for my opinion if you use fpga it will be very hard..
