Dear collegues,

I would like to submit you the following problem, let s consider the charge pump voltage tripler as shown in the enclosed JPEG file.

The charge balance gives :

Sum of the charge in phase 1= sum of the charge of phase 2 (steady statein phase 2)

(steady state in phase 1)

Ct1.Vin+Ct2.Vin+Co.VoL = Co.VoH + Ct2.(VoH-VM)+Ct1.(VM-Vin)

I would like to write this charge balance without VM preferably with VoL, VoH, and Vin Only.

Question: How to get rid of this VM ???

ThanXX

With Regards,

Tahar

So no one has shoulders large enough at least to discuss some clues about it ??
