import data (complex data from excel) into HFSS so to plot smith chart ,,

Hi,
I have solved a function Zin(f) in excell, I need to plot the smith chart , is it possible to import the complex numbers in Hfss, ?
Can I do it with other program like ads ?
My goal is to plot the Zin(f) on smith chart

Also can you guide me how to import Excell file in HFSS as I have tired but I failed.
